I removed the plastic cover and it fit much better, but the edges are not smooth and intended for usage without the covers. The diameter of the piece that sits in your ear is huge with the attached disposable covers. I also purchased a Plantronics version and am much happier with that one. I didn't think I had small ear canals, but this was painful after a few minutes. The sound was acceptable for the price. Same price point. I threw out this one.
The product arrived promptly and as advertised. I had to contact the vendor about a minor matter and he responded positively and immediately.M. Tidor
This is the reason I give it a 3. For some reasons, the volume is very loud, I really have to adjust the volume of my nokia down to the minimum.
I bought a 2nd set. good headset.
It would not work with your left ear since the gel is designed for the right ear. It does not come with the on/off button like other users had noted.
It also does not come with the ear loop shown in the picture. Guess what, I have to crank the volume back on when I unplug the headset (to use like a regular phone).
Jabra had gold flash on their 2.5mm connector, which is a big plus.
I had purchased similar ones through Office Depot before so i thought these would be a good buy. However, i couldn't get my phone to increase enough volume to hear a conversation with these.The headset in the picture has 6 ear pieces they only sent three-Not sure why. I Won't purchase from OEM again.I feel like I got short changed.
This product is awful awful awful. I can't hear the person on the other end, they can't hear me, the jack doesn't stay plugged into my jack, and the earpiece doesn't stay in my ear. Also, I only received one earpiece, not like the photo shows. I would return this, but it isn't worth the time or money.
